• Level 2 - Reactive Management


• Level 3 - Project Management


• Level 4 - Program/Portfolio Management


• Level 5 - Managing Excellence

PMCC has applied this proprietary PMCMM model and its accompanying capability-based evaluation structure successfully in several Client applications since its first inception, and has found it to work very effectively to enhance business and strategic Best Practices of Client organizations especially true when combined with the extensive skills and experience of PMCC's Consultants. We feel that the concepts of this proprietary PMCMM are still valid, and would be happy to discuss how using this Model to assess your PM staff and systems can lead to improvement at both the individual and organizational level.
