SINCE ITS FOUNDING IN 1991, PMCC has provided training and consulting services to construction companies ranging in size from 20 employees to over 10,000 to improve project performance.

From the deserts of the Middle East to the Gulf Coast of the United States, PMCC's services have helped construction companies to improve the individual competency of their work forces, as well as the overall project maturity of their organizations.

PMCC enables construction managers and associated staff members to take the job from the engineering office to the field. Through these efforts, PMCC has won several industry and professional awards related to construction projects.

Mississippi River Crossing Project

Playing an integral role in the Entergy Transmission Mississippi River Crossing Project (also called "High Tech Under the Big Muddy") with PMCC's Milt Jones, PMP, acting as Construction Manager, the project was awarded the prestigious "Project of the Year Award" at the PMI Chapter level.

The project was also nominated for PMI International Project of the Year in 2004 and garnered Project of the Year from the New Orleans Business Roundtable, as well.

Agbami Chevron/Texaco Project

Development of procedures for a multi-billion dollar project to be installed in Nigeria. Strategic and tactical execution plans were created for the Agbami project for Chevron/Texaco, followed by the procedures required for executing the project.

Pipeline Construction

Construction of compliant towers and pipelines in Africa, Mexico, Europe, Asia and South America.

PMCC provides training (off-the-shelf and customized), consulting and assessments for construction project teams. Courses geared toward knowledge (entry level), skills (intermediate), and competency (advanced) can help your construction staff do a better job of managing projects.
